Tanner brings 25 years of hospitality leadership experience—from dishwasher at 15 to Chief Culinary Officer—across restaurants, country clubs, healthcare, and high-end senior living. He has led teams exceeding 100 people, managed budgets up to $70 million, and overseen 21 properties across nine states.
Today, he combines that experience with his Lumia Certified Life Coach training and transition-coaching work with Randstad RiseSmart. His coaching is grounded in Christian principles and welcomes leaders of every background.
