Payment-card information, when applicable, is processed by the selected payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by this website.

For employer-sponsored coaching, the participant is the coaching client. The sponsor may receive agreed administrative information and mutually established or participant-approved progress indicators. Session content, private disclosures, coaching notes, and unapproved assessment details are not shared with the sponsor unless the participant provides specific written authorization or disclosure is legally required.
Coaching Confidentiality
Coaching information is handled in accordance with the applicable coaching agreement and our commitment to professional confidentiality. Coaching confidentiality is contractual and ethical; it is not the same as the legally privileged confidentiality that may apply to relationships with licensed attorneys, physicians, or mental-health professionals.
Retention and Security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to provide services, maintain business and coaching records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, ethical, and contractual obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we control, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements. Children’s Privacy
