The FORTH Follow-Through Commitment
Your 12-week FORTH Executive Advancement partnership is designed to help you finish with greater clarity, a professionally positioned résumé and LinkedIn profile, and a practical roadmap you can use right away. Support continues beyond the final session as you put that plan into action.
Your 60-Day Execution Buffer
For 60 days after your final session, reach out through the channels in your agreement for:
- Interview preparation and debriefs
- Minor résumé and LinkedIn updates
- Networking and outreach guidance
- Help working through challenges
- Accountability as you put your plan into action
Tanner is available during regular business hours and typically responds within 24 hours. The Execution Buffer concludes automatically after 60 days. If you would like continued coaching, accountability, or advisory support, you may move to a month-to-month retainer.
Engagement Details
- Format: Coaching is delivered virtually. In-person engagements may be arranged in advance; the client or sponsoring organization covers all approved travel, lodging, ground transportation, and meal expenses.
- Between-session support: Email access is available during regular business hours; Tanner typically responds within 24 hours. The Intensive includes 30 days of email support. Executive Advancement includes priority email support during the program and the 60-day Execution Buffer afterward.
- Priority Messaging Access: Weekday text or designated messaging-platform access is available as a three-month add-on. It is intended for brief questions and accountability, does not replace scheduled sessions, and is not monitored for emergencies.
- Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows count as used sessions; reasonable exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies.
- Expiration: Unused sessions expire at the end of the selected package term unless Tanner approves a written emergency extension. The Executive Advancement Execution Buffer provides follow-through support after the final session; it does not extend the session term.
- Payments: Packages and installment payments are nonrefundable. All scheduled installments remain due even if a client stops participating, and coaching may be paused when a payment is overdue.
- Scope: Coaching does not guarantee promotion, employment, income, or specific business results and is not therapy, psychological evaluation, medical care, legal advice, or employment placement.
Complete terms are provided in the coaching agreement before services begin.
Employer-Sponsored Coaching
Organizations can sponsor a confidential coaching engagement for leaders whose growth directly affects performance, culture, retention, and succession. Individual employer-sponsored engagements and multi-leader or group coaching are available by customized proposal.

A Coaching Partnership Grounded in Purpose
Tanner’s Christian faith is foundational to his coaching and reflects principles of integrity, stewardship, servant leadership, courage, truth, accountability, and purposeful service. Both pathways are available as values-based coaching or Christian faith-integrated coaching that can incorporate Christian reflection, Scripture-informed prompts, stewardship, purpose, servant leadership, and prayerful discernment. Clients of every background are welcome, and every engagement remains confidential, respectful, and centered on the client’s goals. Assessments are non-clinical and selected within Tanner’s training, authorization, and professional scope.
